Juanita Redekopp-McKeown - Supervisor of Instruction

About Me 

Hello, I am Juanita Redekopp-McKeown - Supervisor of Instruction for Regina Public Schools. As I begin my work in this position I look forward to the challenges and excitement it has to offer - especially during a time of revisioning and renewal. My prior teaching experience covers a variety of subject areas in grades 3-12, both as a classroom and Student Support teacher, and has involved working with a diverse range of students. This experience was gained as through employment in three school divisions and across two provinces. Most recently I held the position of Curriculum Consultant. The roles and responsibilities of this position were wide-ranging and involved providing system wide support, across grades and subject areas, which aligned with system goals and initiatives while attending to secondary specific curricular needs. Regarding schooling, I received by Bachelor of Education - Secondary Biology/Mathematics, from the University of Saskatchewan. I later completed courses required for Special Education Qualification and Master of Education - Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of Regina.
